Our Story
Founded in 1956, family-owned Steren Electronics is the leading provider of consumer electronics in Mexico. Consumers can buy Steren’s quality products from more than 360 Steren-operated retail stores and major national chains in Mexico, and they’re expanding into Costa Rica, Colombia, Panama and the Dominican Republic.
In the U.S., Steren supplies electronics and accessories to some of the nation’s largest cable and telecommunications companies, including AT&T, Cox, DirecTV, Dish Network and Time Warner. In fact, you can find a Steren product at work in nearly every connected home in North America.
Our products and solutions have been used across diversified and growing markets including broadband, data communications, consumer/retail and industrial.
With coast-to-coast distribution in the U.S., hundreds of retail locations throughout Mexico, Central America, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic, as well as manufacturing facilities in South East Asia, Steren Solutions has a global reach. Steren USA is now Steren Solutions
David Shteremberg retires as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Steren Electronics International. To warrant a seamless transition and to continuously serve all our customers, Mr. Shteremberg has sold all Steren Electronics International rights and assets to the USA market to Steren Solutions LLC.

Opened Distribution Center in Miami, Florida
To be closer to customers on the east coast Steren opened a distribution center in Miami, Florida and a Quality Control center in Shanghai, China.

In 2001, with Pico Macom Steren adds a leading manufacturer of broadband and satellite headend electronics and drop electronics and components to its portfolio.
Steren acquires Jumper Shop in Livermore, CA.
In 2000, the premiere manufacturer of high-quality coaxial and fiber cable jumpers used in the installation of broadband cable, VoIP digital telephony, and data systems.
New Distribution Center
In 1996, Steren opens a distribution center in Tijuana, Baja California.

In 1986, Pro Am Electronics officially becomes Steren Electronics focusing fully on wholesaling.
Steren acquires Pro Am Electronics
In 1982, Steren acquired Pro Am Electronics, an electronics store in San Diego, California.
Expanded Product Line
In 1971, with the company’s expansion the company moved into a new building that would accommodate the growing number of employees and allow for more warehousing as well as better respond to customer demands. In the same year, Electronica Steren Guadalajara was opened.

Steren Mexico is founded
Founded in Pino Suárez in the center of Mexico City in 1956, starting as a speaker store of its own brand and its main business was the sale of bulbs, electronic accessories, speaker assembly until the manufacture of the same .
